| bought this lat attachment for my power rack got a great deal plus free shipping ! anyway i love it ! its very solid and works great . theres a lot of different exercises you can do with it from back to arms to abs . you may want the replace the quick links on the chain for the bars to a stronger one i broke the one that came with it ! highly recommend . |

This tower is a great addition to my power rack. The ability to add pull downs and rows adds an incredible amount of diversity to my workout. I have 2 complaints that keep me from giving it 5 stars:
1. The weight holder/bar is standard size (not Olympic). It can still hold Olympic sized plates, but I am worried it may be too much weight.
2. The row & lat bar attachments look & feel cheap. The god thing is that they are easily replaced. |

This is a great addition to the PLA200X power rack. Went together easy with a minimum of fuss and bother. The use of a socket set and ratchet make assembly much easier.
There are many exercises, besides lat pulls, which can be done with this set up. Tricep push downs and rows are my favorites.
I would recommend the lower bar be replaced with a bar that has a rotating attachment point. this makes for smoother operation less stress on the wrist.
My wife and I both lift weights regularly and we both agree this was a wise purchase. |
Doesn't work with all Power Racks

| The lat cable and pulley attachment will not "bolt on" out of the box if you have a older Power Rack. I believe the rack I own was puchased in 2005 and the pre-drilled bolt holes at the bottom did not line up exactly with the new pulley system attachment. In addition, we had to saw off about 2" of the square tubing because it was too tall and the top mounting bracket did not line up with the old Power Rack pre-drilled holes. I was a bit fired up, but with a little gym ingenuity and a few Key Lights, we got it put together and have been watching our V-tapers form. Aside from a little slack in the cables, it is working just fine. |
