I was a big fan of the old "trigon 5" rides, which you can still get. They were my first official running shoe, I got at a running specialty store. Great shoe, I had them for about a year and they wore well. I bounced around to a couple other brands and models, I thought I should try them out. I regret that now.

I bought these about a month ago, they are just like I remembered! I have normal feet and am a heavier runner 215 when I bought the shoes, 180 now. I think most people find that the heal is somewhat firm, which I liked. They have a nice big toe box with a good overall fit. Order them on the large side. I wear a 11.5 usually, sometimes a 12, I ordered a 12 and the fit was perfect. These shoes are extremely well ventilated, so your tootsies will get cold during winter time runs.

Addition: Keep an eye on the prices of these shoes, certain colors and sizes are super cheap. I bought a second pair of the blue and silver ones for $40. A really good deal, I couldn't find anywhere else.

Nice

I have worn Sauconys exclusively for about 15 years after being fitted at a running store. The toe area is wider than most shoes, which I need. They do run about 1/2 size small so order up. I wear a 9 1/2 in everything but these and a 10 fits fine.
Bargain Deal!!!

These shoes cost $90 at my local shoe store. These shoes have great stability and only cost $45! Can't beat that!
Awesome running shoes

Good Running shoe

These are awesome shoes. Good for a neutral runner who likes a shoe with a little flex in the sole. Not a firm heel, and they have loads of room in the toe area. Given, I haven't run real far distances in them yet, only 3 miles, but I would imagine I'm not going to have to worry about them being moist the next day because they breath so well.
