Great running shoe

Saucony has regained the magic of the old Triumph 4 with the Triumph 6. The Triumph 5 sucked. I tried the 5s, returned them and then bought a batch of the 4s that I hoarded like gold. Thank goodness Saucony brought the Triumph 6s out when they did....I was down to my last pair of the Triumph 4s.

Best Running Shoe I've owned. I have two pair of the Blue and two pair of the Red. Can't wait to see what the Triumph 7's are like!! Good Job Saucony!!

I am training for my first marathon and needed a shoe with excellent cushion due to my size (195 lbs). I have always heard and read great things about the Saucony brand. As a lifelong Nike and Adidas running shoe wearer, I decided to make the switch because of the Progrid's high review in Runners World and my wife's praise of her first pair.
I ordered the shoes and it arrived a couple days latter. I took advantage of Amazon's $40 off the price with the use of their card and got the shoes for under $40. My local shoe store had the same shoe for $119.

Great Runnning Shoe

I have the Triumph 4 as well (350 miles on them) and really liked it which is why I decided to purchase the 6. This is an excellent shoe with great support and excellent cushioning. It is a bit stiff at first but loosens up nicely after about 30 miles.
Not as soft out of box as triumph 5

These shoes take some break in time to get used to if you had the triumph 5 before these. They are a little stiffer than triumph 5 in the heal and forefoot. That may have been the aim of saucony, but I was not a fan. Some runners like this but I wish I knew this before I bought them.
